Eligibility

We appreciate your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, your qualifying item can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Customized or personalized, and on sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Start a Return

1.To begin, please ship your item to:

(Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your package is received.)

2. After shipping your item, please fil our Return Merchandise Form with your order details and tracking number received from shipping item to Jersey Loco Fulfillment Center.  

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3–7 business days after your return is processed for funds to appear in your account.

Shipping Charges

Customer are responsible for the return shipping cost  unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item). In such cases, we will return the shipping costs or credit them back to you.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellations cannot be guarantee due to our fast processing times. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may:

Refuse the package at the time of delivery and it will be returned to us.

Complete the return process once you’ve received the order, following the steps above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
