Eligibility
We appreciate your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, your qualifying item can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Customized, personalized, and on-sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Start a Return
- To begin your return, please email us at info@footballjerseyhouse.us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our support team will review your request and, if approved, reply with return instructions and the return shipping address. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping any item back.
- Once you receive our confirmation, ship your item using a trackable shipping method and reply to our email with the tracking number so we can monitor its arrival.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3–7 business days after your return is processed for the funds to appear in your account.
Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or credit them back to you.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, cancellations cannot be guaranteed due to our fast processing times. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may:
- Refuse the package at the time of delivery, and it will be returned to us, or
- Complete the return process once you've received the order, following the steps above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
